Nothing is shipped
Project Tracker is software used online, in the browser and in our apps. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, delivery addresses or courier tracking.
How your plan is delivered
- Free plans are available as soon as you create your account.
- Paid plans are switched on in your workspace as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within minutes. A plan paid by UPI QR is switched on once we have matched the payment, normally within a few working hours.
- An invoice is sent by e-mail and is always available in Billing.
Exchanges
You can move to a different plan at any time from Billing. For anything else, see our cancellation and refund policy.
Problems with delivery
If you paid and your plan is not active, write to support@projecttracker.in with the payment reference, or call +91 76750 41369.
