Why we started
Most teams we met ran their projects from spreadsheets, their support from a shared inbox and their documentation from folders nobody could find. Each tool was fine on its own; together they meant chasing people for updates and losing the reason behind every decision.
Project Tracker brings that work into one workspace: projects and timesheets, an operations desk with service levels, documentation for every API, and an AI assistant that answers from your own data, priced in rupees and hosted in India.
The founder
Prasanna Krishna Daddala, Founder. An integration and software engineer who has spent years building and running API platforms and internal tools for business teams, Prasanna started Project Tracker to give Indian companies the kind of delivery and support tooling that is usually built only for large enterprises: secure by default, simple to adopt and fair in price.
What we believe
- Your data belongs to you: export everything at any time, and delete your account whenever you choose.
- Security is not a premium feature: passkeys, two-step sign-in and workspace isolation are on every plan.
- AI should help, not decide: the assistant proposes, and a person confirms.
- Software should fit how Indian teams work: rupee pricing, local languages and data kept in India.
